when i modified the MySQLInventoryData.cs nothing happens even if i directly add the character in the addInventoryFolder() function. what should i modify to insert a chinese character instead of its url encode version

As far as I can see, the file MySQLInventoryData.cs is neither part of the Imprudence Viewer download nor of the Imprudence Viewer source code.

What exactly are you trying to do? What specific steps did you take? Are you modifying OpenSim or something similar?
