i have a amd anthalon ll x2 M300 an use windows 7 64 bit home premium not sure if i need the normal dl are the sse2 one ty.

i look at my systems propertys an that the processor i have for my computer.i saw what would be compatible with the sse2 dl but not ecatly sure if what i wrote in the question will work with that processor are should i use the normal dl.

It sounds like you have the processor that is listed in the first row of the table here, so it should be SSE2-capable. Using the SSE2 build will thus work and should give you higher performance and therefore a smoother experience than the non-SSE2 build.
